北海道開発局は、外国人の皆様が北海道で自動車の運転を安全・安心・快適に楽しんでいただくためのポータルサイトを開設しました。ポータルサイトは、日本語のほか、英語、中国語、韓国語に対応しています。
　中標津町だけではなく、北海道の道路は広くスピードが出やすいです。また、冬道運転は慣れない方には特に危険です。就労や観光で中標津町に来られている外国の方と地元住民が共に安心して過ごせるよう、お互い運転のルールやマナーに気を付けましょう。

The Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau has launched a portal site to help foreigners enjoy driving in Hokkaido safely, securely, and comfortably.
In addition to Japanese, the site is available in English, Chinese, and Korean.
Roads in Hokkaido, including those in Nakashibetsu, are wide and may lead some drivers to unintentionally drive too fast. In particular, winter road conditions can be very dangerous for those who are not used to them.
To ensure that both foreign residents and visitors--whether for work or tourism--and local residents can live together in safety and peace, let’s all be mindful of traffic rules and driving manners.
